Al-Azhran Luxury Auto Repair provides automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services for luxury vehicles including but not limited to Porsche, Bentley, and Audi. All services are performed by qualified technicians using appropriate equipment and parts.
All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 7 days. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during inspection. We will always seek approval before performing any additional work beyond the original estimate.
We use genuine OEM parts and high-quality approved alternatives. All parts are sourced from authorized suppliers. Parts warranty periods vary by manufacturer. Used or refurbished parts may be used only with explicit customer consent.
All repairs and services performed by Al-Azhran Luxury Auto Repair are covered by our standard warranty. Warranty terms depend on the type of service performed and will be communicated at the time of service. Warranty covers parts and labor for manufacturing defects only, not wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments. Service charges may apply for card transactions.
Appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer.
Al-Azhran Luxury Auto Repair shall not be liable for any consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the service performed. Vehicles are left at the owner's risk.
